Welcome to our Club website!

The NAC Swim Club, based out of the High Performance National Aquatic Centre in Abbotstown, Dublin 15, was founded in January 2004. We are a competitive swimming club, and take an active role in the vibrant Irish swimming scene, competing at local, national and international level. We have built a club which fosters a love of the sport and a keen team spirit, resulting in fully rounded young athletes. We strive to make membership of the club an experience that enhances the physical, personal and social development of our young people. The Club ensures equal opportunity for all, and trains young people from Learn to Swim through to Senior level.

Registration and new member trials on Friday August 27 between 5.00 - 7.00pm'. ALL returning athletes must be signed in and paid up by this day.

Press Release

A press release highlighting some big achievements by our swimmers over the past season has been sent out to papers nationwide. Safe yourself a euro and read it here instead.

Congratulations James on your fantastic achievements at the IPC Swimming World Championships with the highlight being your 4th place in the 200 free (S5). As lot of your teammates followed your progress, even watching your races, and we are all very proud of you. http://www.wcswimming2010.com/

Our own head coach Dave Malone was the team manager for the Irish squad, so congratulations are extended to him on James' and the other swimmers' performances.

An already awesome season saw Kyle Stolk finish off by taking 2 Gold and 1 Silver at the British Age Groups bringing his medal haul for National Championships for2009-2010 to an astonishing 22 Gold and 3 Silver medals. Earlier this season Kyle was signed up by the Dutch swimming federation for their Talent Development Programme 2012. Well done!!
